2. How We Use Information

• To provide coaching features such as corrections, translations, and word banks.
• To personalize prompts and track progress.
• To maintain security, prevent abuse, and debug issues.
• To improve the product in aggregate (never to sell ads).

3. Sharing with Third Parties

We only share data with service providers that power Voilo:

• OpenAI — language processing.
• Google Cloud — text-to-speech services.
• Telegram — messaging interface.
• Formspree — delivery of signup forms.

These providers process your data only to provide their services to us. We do not sell or rent your personal information.

4. Data Retention

We keep account data while your account is active. Learning and usage data may be stored to support features like word banks or progress tracking. You may request deletion at any time by contacting us.

If you delete your account, associated content (messages, corrections, goals) will be removed within a reasonable period.
